Unfortunately, the latest version of GroupServer that was packaged for download is now so out of date that we do not advise installing it. We have therefore removed it from this site. We can assure you that GroupServer itself is under active development and a release is on our roadmap, however we can not commit the significant resources required at this time.

If you would like to install GroupServer, please contact us to discuss how we can assist you to do so. If you are able to provide resources for a release, we would also be very interested in discussing what is required with you.

GroupServer is licensed under the GPL. A copy of the GPL may be found in the distribution. Components of GroupServer (including Zope) are licensed from their respective vendors under different (open source) licenses.

We encourage anyone trying GroupServer to join the GroupServer Admin list. If you use IRC, you may also like to join our IRC channel, on irc.freenode.net, channel #groupserver.
