Just a quick idea that might save group admin support time...
Under the "Adminstators of XYZ"
* Add members to the group
* Manage the existing group members
** Quick manage by e-mail:
* Edit Group Properties
* Change Group Moderation
In almost all support@ queries I see, the administrator's task is to work their
way to a specific members settings or troubles., this would certainly speed up
manual support efforts.
A good idea, Steve. It is on my todo list ☺ I was going to allow
management of an individual when I allow administrators to alter a
user's profile in the Affogato release of GroupServer.
