Please delete this document immediately, It got
uploaded by mistake. My username is amar. and i joined

Hi Amar,
One of our key goals with GroupServer is to make it work equally well by email
and the Web. When you make a post, all group members receive that post via
email, and get to keep a coy of it indefinitely. We do not provide a facility
for editing the version of that post on the server, because that would break
the match between the email and web views of the group's content. The same
applies to files.
We did have a facility to delete files at one point but we removed it because
people kept deleting files when they didn't want to and then asking us to help
them.
Of course sometimes people upload files they did not mean to, which can cause a
problem to the user, especially in public groups. The site administrator does
have the ability to manually find and remove the file from the archive. It's
time-consuming and it breaks the way the system works. In general, it's better
to educate users to think carefully before posting. The consequences of not
doing so are one way, albeit a slightly painful way, to learn this.
Despite all of the above, I have deleted your file. Anyone clicking the link[1]
to the file that remains in their email will not find it.
